Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in-store or online within 7 days of the order receipt and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund depending on your payment method and if you meet the below return conditions. 

We DO NOT accept returns for Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not refund any Delivery Fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you, or the cost of any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.

To start a return, you can contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that you will need to visit your nearest Post Office to pay for and drop off your parcel.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Change of Mind

We do not accept change of mind returns. Before purchasing any of our Products confirm whether they are suitable for your requirements and fit for your desired purpose. If you require any advice prior to your decision, please get in contact with us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
